Grove Parc Townhomes

Design Styles Architecture worked with a private developer to create a family-friendly community in the rapidly growing Wesley Chapel area. The sprawling community will have 190 units, along with an amenities center, fitness center, and pool. The two-story townhomes feature 1-car garages with the main living space on the first floor, and bedrooms on the second floor. Several 4, 5, 6, and 8 unit buildings are situated throughout the community, creating a suburban feel that caters to young families and couples.
